KrissyJ: Favorite restaurant?

gR: Its gotta be Primanti Brothers…here in Pittsburgh…If you come here its a must that you go eat a sandwich there!

KrissyJ: Favorite place to shop?

gR: Between Hot Topic & Pac Sun it’s hard to chose! I do alot of online shopping too…Vintage threads are my favorite so I like second hand stores also

KrissyJ: Who inspires your style (music&fashion)?

gR: Music wise…ummm..that’s tough because I’m influenced by alot….Cobra Starship,The Doors, Michael Jackson, Daft Punk, The Misfits, Metro Station….the list goes on and on!! Fashion wise…that’s easy lol…MYSELF! With the help of 80s fashion and the skateboard culture of course

KrissyJ: One thing you can’t live without?

gR: my ipod!!

KrissyJ:When did this group start?

gR: Early 2007…At first the group started out as a promotion team, and one day decided to try music. That’s honestly the history in a nutshell lol! We’ve been through alot of drastic changes but the solid members have shown their true colors and are here for the long haul!

KrissyJ: What motivated y’all to start this group?

gR: Living in Pittsburgh we felt that music deserved a change here as well as the whole world. There is way too much negativity promoted in todays music, so we come to change those ways. We want to make everyone party hard like the disco days in the 70s and early 80s…those were the days when music was at its best! Just picture a rave….that’s what we want to accomplish!

KrissyJ: In your opinion what is your best accomplishment thus far?

gR: Opening for a few National Acts in 2008 inlcluding Trina, Wiz Khalifa, and Murs….plus the other 60 something shows we’ve done last year. That’s alot for a group of our caliber.

KrissyJ: What makes you different from the rest?

gR: The Common Wealth Family is what makes music fun and entertaining..period

KrissyJ: What celebrities would you love to work with?

gR: Man let’s see…Kanye, Andre 3000, Gabe Saporta, Stunna Man, Daft Punk, Trouble Andrew, Wiz Khalifa, Cold Play, The Dream, Souljah Boy, Akon, Billy Idol, Nicki Minaj….too many to list!

KrissyJ: Where do you see yourself in the next year?

gR: Making more positive music for the people! And lord-willing on tour with someone! I want to move to Cali or atleast visit it this year also…

KrissyJ: What should your fans be looking out for?

gR: Please look out for The Disco Lemonade Album from us….it will be available on iTunes mid Spring….we have a few songs in the works just for Myspace only so our fans can get a bite of some things not on the album…And look out for our shows that will be posted on the page throughout the year
