KrissyJ: Favorite restaurant?
Resun: Al’s Steak House in Alexandria, Virginia.
KrissyJ: Favorite place to shop?
Resun: Sole Estate in West Palm Beach, Soles Inc in Miami, Urban Outfitters, I don’t “thrift” often but I’ve seen some cool things, etc.
KrissyJ: One random fact?
Resun: I lived in Hawaii for 2 years (from age 3 to 5)…It was cool, I guess.
KrissyJ: One word to describe your music?
KrissyJ: What motivated you to entertain and when you start?
Resun: I always wanted to be an artist in someway (painting, music, etc.) It was basically a hobby and overtime it progressed and grew on me and I started saying to myself “I can do this!”. I started to “actually” pursue music about two years ago.
KrissyJ: In your opinion what is your best song released?
Resun: It would have to be Delorean Driver, and all the remixes!…It’s my first “actual” release, aside from some cover songs and mixtape cuts.
KrissyJ: Your best accomplishment thus far?
Resun: Having Delorean Driver (Hovatron Remix) played on BBC Radio 1 during its expiremental block.
KrissyJ: Who inspires you?
Resun: Anybody that sincerely loves music.
KrissyJ: What celebrity would you love to work with?
Resun: I would really like to work with Cee-lo and Dangermouse, MF DOOM/DOOM, Jay-Z, Q-tip, the Neptunes, Flying Lotus, Diplo, A-Trak, etc…not all are “celebrities” necessarily but, people I think are making great music.
KrissyJ: Where do you see yourself in the next year?
Resun: Engulfing myself in music. Doing a lot of shows and performances, festivals, recording etc. and hopefully catching some major attention with both the “public” and the “head-honchos” of the business.
Hopefully an indie or major deal somewhere down the line, but for now I’m just focusing on putting out more music.
KrissyJ: What should your fans be looking out for?
Resun: Passport: Euro-Tape (tentative title), which is me emceeing over some production from European producers and my EP Cult Radio.
