FUTURESHOCK:Magnetic

KrissyJ: What motivated you to entertain and when did this group begin?

FUTURESHOCK:The band began in April of 2007. We have been creating music for most of our lives and we were kinda sick of the way black music was being portrayed in the media and radio. We decided to do something about it and create something timeless that represents us as a people and challenges the music industry as well.

KrissyJ: In your opinion what is your best song released?

FUTURESHOCK:“Electric Energy” because of the guitar talk box that we use to perform it. The crowd really enjoys that song at our live shows! Its some retro hip-hop/ new wave stuff. Its CRAZY! Totally funky!

KrissyJ: Your best accomplishment thus far?

FUTURESHOCK:Booking our own shows in Atlanta and releasing our self-produced EP ” KINETIC RHYTHM ENERGY” on iTUNES April 10th 2009. Its been a lot of work, but we love the challenge.

KrissyJ: Who inspires you?

FUTURESHOCK:Spike Lee, Jimi Hendrix, Prince, and Curtis Mayfield. THE GREATS!

KrissyJ: What celebrity would you love to work with?

FUTURESHOCK:Beck, the dude has no boundaries

KrissyJ: Where do you see yourself in the next year?

FUTURESHOCK: Touring the world and meeting a bunch of great people along the way. Creating lots of music and soaking up life.
