Today was a beautiful day in Central Florida. For those of you that reside here or have been watching the news Florida has had about two weeks of rainy days. Today, was warm and sunny, not a rain drop in the sky, well at least where I was. With there being such a nice day I had to find something to do. I attended A sophisticated Bridal Showcase at Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Kissimmee, Florida. The hotel itself was such a beautiful place. The venue was superb. I am years away from getting married, however, I saw some great ideas for the perfect wedding. There were several wedding planners that explained the importance of a planner.
Fun ideas for a ideal wedding is having a photo booth. Yup, just like the one in the movie theaters. Several guests that attended the event fell in love with the photo booth idea. That way their wedding guest could go home with printed pictures right in there hands.
Live musicians were present playing a range of country music, jazz and today’s hits. A crowd favorite was Sophisticated Gents Entertainment. Pink Avenue Secrets provide guest with delicious cupcakes. Jayde from 106.7 morning show was the Emcee for the event, such a sweetheart.
The final showcase was a Bridal Fashion Show. I saw some gorgeous dress. Once the dresses hit the stage you could separate the brides from the individuals that just came out to this event. Brides to be, were prepared with note pads to jot down the number of the dresses they liked and had no problem saying “Yay or Nay” to the dresses they loved vs. those they hated.
Overall, I would recommend every Bride to be to attend “A Sophisticated Bridal Showcase” when it comes to a city near you.
