I had a healthy lunch today. I’m kinda proud of myself. I’ve been trying to get on my healthy tip for some months now.
My lunch consisted of:
-Chicken salad on wheat toast. My bro-in-law made the chicken salad. I added some grapes to the sandwich.
I also had watermelon purchased from a local farmers market. To wash it all down I had good ole’ H2O.
